新疆哈密人，中共党员，博士，助理研究员。1992年2月生，2020年博士毕业于南京农业大学，2024年作为“紫金人才”青年拔尖人才引进至江苏省农业科学院畜牧研究所。现任畜牧所团支部书记、饲草加工与草畜结合创新团队成员。

主要研究方向：

饲草调制加工与高效利用、功能性乳酸菌的筛选与应用、非常规饲料资源的开发与利用。
